Product Introduction
This 2+1 gearbox (200) is a combination of heavy-duty reverse gearbox and transmission. It is installed in the front of vehicle frames and has good loading capacity, reasonable structure, easy operation and maintenance, coupling with engine power output shaft, applied to 175-250cc engine.
The reverse gearbox housing and booster housing are separately designed, easier for booster maintenance. Both bearing and gear are strengthened through precision calculating, realizing the goal of economy.
This product can be widely used for its installation dimension is the same common ones. Thickened one-piece connecting plate for both reverse gearbox and booster makes the product stronger and more reliable.
Moreover, applying synchronizer shifting system makes it clear in gear position, precise and reliable in gear shifting.
