Product Introduction
Model Pioneer reverse gearbox is a reverser assembly developed in 2018-the 20th anniversary of our company, suitable for 125cc-200cc tricycle, auto rickshaw, ATV, etc. This reverse gearbox applies heavy-duty gears of ratio 11:14 module 4. The reverse housing is durable, beautiful, fashion, and so rewarded with design patent.
Applying cap bearing 6204 and driving gear bearing 6205 brings the reverse device more loading capacity, reliability and wear-ability. Also, spring retainer is added to stop forward gear from making serial noise.
The design of enlarging crap groove stops crap from flowing back to reverse interior, reducing the wear-out of reverse components and parts. Furthermore, patented anti-trip-over technology is adopted to meet requirements of various complicated road conditions-especially when heavy loaded,never trip over to ensure driving safety. With beautiful and brief appearance, the gear shifting case has better sealing capacity due to new sealing technology.
